New Patients: What to Bring

A few simple items help your first visit go smoothly:

  • A valid photo ID and your insurance card (if applicable)
  • Your current glasses and/or contact lens boxes
  • A list of medications and any known eye or health conditions
  • Any questions you want answered, including screen use, dry eye symptoms, or changing vision

What to Expect at Your First Appointment

Your appointment is designed to feel thorough and easy to follow. We will review your vision needs, discuss your history, and complete testing that supports both prescription accuracy and overall eye health.

If you need glasses, our optical team can help you choose frames and lens options that match your prescription, comfort, and style preferences.

We have an on-site lab, and same-day glasses may be available in many cases.
