I had an excellent experience at Hodes Vision Optometry. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The office was clean, organized, and efficient, and I never felt rushed during my appointment. The optometrist took the time to thoroughly explain my exam, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood my options. The staff was also incredibly helpful in finding the right frames and ensuring everything fit comfortably. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients and providing outstanding service. We have yet to collect our prescription classes and contacts but the experience has already been amazing. The team of doctors and staff were all so warm and professional. It was my husband and my first time there, and we brought our infant along. We all had a great time. Both optometrists were knowledgable. Dr Bhatt was holding my baby while I put on my contact lenses, and Rubi also carried the baby while we picked our glasses. Thanks to them my baby even got some help with eye discharge caused by eyelashes growing inward. So we got some ointment and wipes as recommended by them too. Thank you both so much! Brenda was also very ready to help. I can’t remember everyone’s names but everyone was so kind, patient and helpful in getting our prescription done. Frame selection was good too. A good range of styles and prices.

Dr.Bhatta was very nice and informative. I didn't feel pressured or rushed and I appreciated the time she took to talk to me and reassure me. I will definitely be "seeing" her again. :)

This was my second exit to Hodes Vision Optometry and they did a great job coordinating the appointment on relatively short notice and getting me a preferred time. I was greeted promptly and they executed the vision tests and were very thorough and comprehensive and accommodating. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about handling insurance and explaining benefit options to you. I ended up buying multiple pairs as my last glass purchase was about a year and a half ago in my eyesight has not been doing well lately. I recommend them for their personalized service, attentive, and gracious service.
