Hodes Vision Optometry

Excellent from start to finish. I was amazed at how kind and efficient the team was. The doctor was professional and my child felt quite at ease for this first ever eye doctor appointment. You never feel rushed. Professional! Best eye doctor experience ever!

I had an exceptional customer service experience thanks to Brenda. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and immediately made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Brenda was incredibly helpful in helping me choose a beautiful pair of DITA sunglasses, which were converted into prescription eyeglasses. She took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the product, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Her professionalism, knowledge, patience, and genuine care for the customer truly stood out. It’s not often that you receive this level of personalized service, and Brenda absolutely exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Brenda, for all your help and for making my experience such a great one. Your exceptional customer service is truly appreciated!

They got me in next day after calling the day before with a worry that I had about my vision. Got seen and got peace of mind. Always a pleasure. Thank you!

Dr. Hodes, Imelda, and the entire team at Hodes Vision Optometry did a wonderful job caring for my 7 year old daughter, who has special needs. Everyone was incredibly patient, understanding, and experienced, which made what could have been a stressful appointment into such a positive experience for her. We are truly grateful for the kindness and care they showed our family. A very special shout-out to Imelda her patience, compassion, and ability to make my daughter feel comfortable meant so much to us. I highly recommend Hodes Vision Optometry to families looking for a caring and supportive optometry team.

Hodes Vision Optometry is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend them. From the Drs. to the staff everyone is amazing. I’ve been a patient for over a decade and have seen both Dr. Hodes and Dr. Bhatt for the following: annual eye exams (including photos that allow the Drs. to see behind my eyes), glasses, and for what I thought was an emergency. Dr. Hodes saw me within an hour of when I’d called. It turned out I had a burst blood vessel. Dr. Hodes assured me it was not an issue and would heal on its own. It did. Now, I’m seeing Dr. Hodes for post-cataract follow-up appointments. He is thorough and kind and answers all my questions. I never feel rushed. For eye-glasses, I’ve ordered many pairs over the years with Hodes Vision. The staff is lovely, patient and helpful as I choose frames and efficient in putting together the type of lenses (lightweight for my Rx), transition, progressive etc. The turnround is within the timeframe given, and I’ve never had any issues with my lenses, nor frames purchased at Hodes.

Girls in office very helpful and lovely.make choosing frames comfortable and great suggestions. Dr bhatt is also so easy and calm I so appreciate her time and explanation with out being alarming.

I always have an easy appointment here. I’m able to find metered parking in front. The staff greets you. The Dr. is nice. The frames are cute. Pleasant and efficient. Every year. Thank you.
